외국인근로자를 위한 노동권리수첩이 나왔다.

서울시는 외국인 근로자에게 노동 관련 제도와 권리, 사업주에게는 꼭 지켜야 할 노동관계법령을 알려주는 외국인근로자 노동권리 수첩을 5개 국어로 발간해 무료 배포한다고 12일 밝혔다.

해당 언어는 한국어, 영어, 중국어, 필리핀어, 베트남어다.

내용은 근로계약서 작성, 근로시간과 휴일·휴가, 임금, 퇴직금, 임금체불, 업무상 재해 등 11개 분야로 구성돼 있다.

부록에는 고용허가제 관련한 내용과 외국인근로자가 도움을 받을 수 있는 기관의 주요기능, 연락처가 수록돼 있다.

발간한 수첩은 성동, 성북, 금천, 강동, 양천, 은평 등 6개 외국인근로자센터에서 무료로 배포하며 시 홈페이지(economy.seoul.go.kr/archives/47045)에서도 찾아볼 수 있다.

Foreign laborer right notebook for foreigners has been published.

It has been reported on the 12th that Seoul has published and is planning on distributing laborer right notebook which informs the foreign laborers about labor policies, rights and labor related laws that owners must know.

5 languages are Korean, English, Chinese, Philippines and Vietnamese.

The 11 parts of the contents are filling out labor contract, working hours, holidays, salary, pension, delay in payment and industrial accidents.

The appendix includes, employment permit system and the list of organizations and their contact numbers where foreigners can ask help to.

The published notebook will be distributed for free in 6 of the Foreign Laborer Center in Sung dong, Sung buk, Geum cheon, Gang dong, Yang cheon and Eun pyoung and also can be found at Seoul homepage(economy.seoul.go.kr/archives/47045).
